I'm thankful to our Berlin trip in October 2007 for allowing me to know this wonderful girl a lot better. I wish I had her positive outlook and light-heartedness at all times (as well as her diligence in skin-care). The young-looking and pretty face with a permanent smile does not do justice to the rich and meaningful life she has lived. Pui is a genuinely generous person.
My conversations with Pui always makes me think that we have so much in common. Our values, and the way we look at life. But I still have lots to learn from Pui. Her generosity, her mindfulness to the needs of others. I hope she finds happiness in life, because she's brought happiness to others.
Pui, my lovely roommate, You know that you were the closest person since I arrived to ML 02-02 as my sister, mentor, doctor, advisor and friend who knows everything about me...I really admire your patience and your generosity the most...Your kind image and softness will stay in my mind forever... If there is anyone who has the courage the take care of anyone without fatigue, she is he uncontested candidate. For her great care of Balaji I solute her! Thanks for taking care of me while illness struck me, I still fee the smell of Tigar balm around. You generosity and mindfulness for others is what I admire much and hope to learn form you one day how to influence people, for good.
Pui, is one of the kindest person I have seen. She seems to be always looking for an opportunity to help someone else. She has this talent of working comfortably with almost anybody, and can easily integrate with others. You can always rely on her for help.
She was basically my econometrics teacher on the first semester, and has been quite a reliable friend throughout the course. I thank her so much for all her support.
And I am sorry at times for keeping her waiting by the pool, as I get late to join her to catch a cab : >

Pui is the one and only person whom I truly believe has reached Nirvana. Never seen her gotten upset about anything, always seem to have everything under control no matter how bad things go, always have a kind word for friends, always able to tell funny stories out of life not-so-pleasant experiences, and most importantly, always there for her friends. It's great to know her, to have her as a close friend, and I would like her to know and I do hope to be there for her forever too!
